I want to say a huge thank you to the gentleman I saw this morning; apologies, I didn't get his name. I had a completely flat tyre & was a bit stressed as I'd already tried another garage who unfortunately couldn't help, so I was a bit anxious, hence I didn't think to get his name. I saw him at Auto Repairs and Recovery in the Riverside Industrial Estate, Littlehampton but I believe he also works at A Tyres in the same industrial estate. When I arrived I was told they were very short staffed & fully booked for the day, but even so, this member of staff changed my tyre over to my spare tyre. I am so extremely grateful he helped me & when I went to go & pay, he insisted that there was no charge. I did say a few times that I'd really like to give him something for his time but he said no. I will pass the good deed forward. Thank you again for helping me this morning; it's greatly appreciated. ~ Unicorn R

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team were professional, friendly and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They kept me informed throughout, completed the work to a very high standard, and got everything sorted much quicker than I expected. It's hard to find a garage you can genuinely trust these days, but these guys are honest, reliable and take real pride in their work. Got a nail in my tyre while driving with my daughter and called in mid afternoon hoping they'd be able to fix it on the spot. Very friendly staff squeezed me in and had me back on the road within an hour. Really saved me a lot of grief trying to get home, make appointment etc. Highly recommend! Also, was told that they're taking on another unit soon and opening a high tech tyre bay with some very special alignment kit - will definitely be going back when that's open. Very helpful with taking a look at my brakes after a warning light demanded it. I will definitely be using for all my van needs in the future. * Update! 3000 miles later I changed the rear discs and pads, even then the garage said there was life in them ( bit of a squeal though and 500 miles away else I'd have bought it here! ). My point being, when it came to warning light Vs opinion these guys were honest and correct with theirs, helping rather than taking money for unnecessary work. Fair play! 👍 ~ R J

Excellent service from start to finish. I asked for a quote on replacing the clutch on my car and the price quoted was a lot cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere so I asked them to carry out the repair. While it was in I was asked them to re-gas the air con again this was all done on the same day at the price quoted. I would definitely recommend this garage with its technicians and its office staff who make you feel welcome. I will definitely be returning in the future. ~ Adam

One of the only garages to take on my car as it is not a common car, the car was very unwell and I though the end was close for it. However these guys were happy to take it on and to my delight they were able to diagnose and repair it with an incredibly professional and friendly service not to mention the surprisingly low price. I am so pleased that I have found one garage that can provide all I will ever need and I will not go anywhere else. I can't thank you all enough 👍🏻 ~ James W

Can't recommend this company highly enough. I was in Littlehampton for work, developed a problem with my works vehicle, which meant I couldn't travel home. I called asking for a knight in shining armour and found it here. By lunchtime the same day they'd found and fixed the wiring issue cauing all my problems and I was back on the road home on schedule. We at Hennebry Minis send between 15 and 20 Minis a month to Auto repair and recovery for Mot testing and all of our servicing work.The work is always carried out to the highest standard and they are a pleasure to deal with.The feedback we get back from our customers is always 5 star which is important to us as a car sales business. Always found it hard to find a trustworthy garage, I was recommended by a few family members so since then they have mot the wife's car and my work van and recently have repaired my van that had a knocking noise when driving. Used Auto recovery a couple of times now for my Transit Custom. They changed the wet belt and serviced it. My contact was Keith. He was very helpful and kept me informed. Very professional service. Not the cheapest estimate for my belt change but went with them because of good customer contact and i felt the work would be of high standard.....Highly recommended. Steve. Fantastic levels of service. I called upon Auto Repairs & Recovery to help me with my elderly parents, who were unable to drive their car to the garage. I got fantastic service, at very short notice. Great. My car needed an MoT but I couldn't drop it off. Having the car collected and returned was extremely helpful. The MoT picked up a couple of problems I knew were there and one I thought might be there: a few options were sensibly discussed with helpful advice given freely. Took my Ford focus here had a dash board problem was fixed with minimum fuss. Then used them for MOT and service on same car ,fail the mot on a few things but was dealt with promptly ,really impressed with how good the car drove after they had worked their magic on it.
